Suspended or postponed match

Event Postponed or Cancelled

As per our policy, if an event does not take place as scheduled or ends without an official score and isn’t resumed within 48 hours, your stake will be refunded. Events cancelled can be refunded with a time frame of up to 12 hours.

Understanding "Void" Bets

Occasionally, you might notice your bet labeled as "Void." This simply means the event you bet on was cancelled or postponed, and your stake has been returned to your balance.

For multi bets (also known as parlays), if one of the selected events is voided, the odds for that specific event will default to 1x. While your original bet slip odds won’t visually change, your final payout will be adjusted to reflect the removal of the voided event.

Our Commitment to Transparency

At Plump, we recognize the uncertainties of sports betting and prioritize fairness and transparency in handling unexpected situations. We encourage all users to stay familiar with our policies to ensure a smooth and worry-free betting experience.

If you ever encounter an event that has been postponed or cancelled, you can rest assured that your stake is safe and will be refunded in accordance with our policies.
